We just wanted to thank you guys and your team for all the hard work that went into our wedding. We had an amazing time and so did our guests. Everyone gave us compliments on the food and the service. The table settings were beautiful and the event came together way more elegant than we expected. Also a special thank for doing an emergency alcohol run, we totally underestimated how much our family and friends were drinking. Amber thank you for being so attentive throughout the night, you made this effortless for us. 

In the future we will definitely look to Vinci Catering for any events that we might host. Also, we know that there are quite a few people in our circle of friends who are probably going to get married in the near future and we will definitely recommend they go with you guys.

Just a quick note to thank you so much for the prompt service and amazing food for our son's confirmation.  The food was so delicious and all the guests loved the variety of food and commented on how good everything was.  It was perfect - quantity and quality.  Thank you for your suggestions too on the chicken supreme as well as the thicker cuts for the veal - they turned out perfectly and all the food, gnocchi as well, maintained the consistency int he chaffing dishes!  Thanks for the extras too likc the yummy hummus and red pepper dip and extra chaffing tables that we put to good use.  Have a great day and we'll definitely call you again for other parties in the near future.
